Kadri Manjunatha Temple

Developed last 1068, Kadri Manjunatha temple dedicated to Lord Shiva is believed to be one of the oldest in town and also to the south India. The word ‘Manju’ means snow and also ‘Natha’ means lord, hence Shiva will be the lord regarding snow-covered mountains. Located on Kadri hills, in Mangalore is just 3 Km away from the place. This popular and also stunning temple is surrounded by tanks together with natural springs and also laterite caves. These caves may also be called since Pandava Caves. It is thought the Pandavas reached this cave and also stayed presently there. There is a natural spring at an increased place around the backside of the temple. It is called since Gomukha.
